I have a 12KB file that fails to open with LangGen - it shows only two chars.
It opens fine with Notepad after renaming to TXT.
I have no problem to open other LNG files in Chinese.
I am using the latest v2.21 on Windows XP.
This currently block us from releasing the next product's version.

lng, ldf files should be recognized by LangGen for LocWise and LangTrans for LocWise, and set to right character set. Please send your ldf file to us or we cannot find a clue to help you.
