It should not be too difficult to support LocWise on Windows CE 3.0 or 4.2 platform (Pocket PC 2002/2003 and Smartphone 2002/2003).
There's a market need to support multi-language enabled application development on these mobile devices.
I tried to compile the source code with eVC 4.0 SP4, and found only a couple of none-supported Win32API's needed to be replaced.
Is there any plans to add this support? |

We tried to compiled in embedded VC, it's not hard to replace those unsupported APIs. We will build a lite version for embedded VC only, current version will use little more memory resouce for Windows CE. _________________ At Your Service

Thanks for the reply.
I managed to do a quick and dirty work to make LocWise source code able to run on CE devices. (' ')
Now the problem is RC file.(' ')
LanGen couldn't recognize the eVC generated RC files unless I do some manual editing.
So please add CE RC file format soupport in LanGen as well.
Thanks for your great product and very keen to see the official release of LocWise for CE. |
